This is possible. Today the cost of moving on a scooter is ₹2/km. That’s the cost of moving a 150kg mass from point A to B. We’re bringing that mass down to less than 5kgs, concurrently bringing the cost down to 10 paise/km. This is how we make deliveries a reality. This is how we create a world where we’re doing billions of deliveries per day.
The tech is not there. The current cost of drone delivery is ₹100/km. We need to completely redefine the way things are done here. We’re building the world’s most efficient aircraft from the ground-up, and scaling that up to beyond anything the aerospace sector has ever seen. This cannot be an iterative process. We have to tear down all conventions and build everything up from scratch.
To do this, we need nothing less than the best engineers. The ones who care about building something fundamentally different, who are deeply curious about understanding the fundamentals of everything they’re working on, who are dreamers that believe in the impossible.
Job Description
As the Executive Assistant, you will serve as the single point of contact to manage the CEO’s office. You will own end‑to‑end calendar orchestration, high‑stakes meeting coordination, and complex travel planning while safeguarding confidentiality and enabling the Founder’s productivity through proactive, detail‑oriented execution.
Problems To Solve
Executive operations: Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate large‑scale leadership reviews and cross‑functional forums.
Travel & logistics: Plan cost‑effective air, hotel, and ground transportation; create detailed itineraries and ensure seamless end‑to‑end travel.
Information management: Prepare briefs, follow‑ups, and action trackers; ensure timely closure of decisions and deliverables.
Stakeholder coordination: Act as the single point of contact with internal/external senior stakeholders; uphold professionalism and discretion.
Process excellence: Improve workflows for scheduling, documentation, and communication to enhance speed, clarity, and reliability.
Skills & Experience
2-5 years of experience managing a C-Suite team in a high growth startup.
Exceptional written and oral communication; crisp executive‑level summaries
High attention to detail, time management, and structured planning
Absolute discretion with confidential information; trust‑centric working style
Bias for action; ability to learn on the fly, anticipate needs, and resolve conflicts
Poise and professionalism with senior leaders inside and outside the company
Required Knowledge
Executive calendar and travel management best practices
Meeting design, prioritization frameworks, and decision tracking
Cross‑functional coordination with senior stakeholders

Work Schedule:
Standard Weeks (1st & 3rd of the month): Monday to Friday.
Alternate Weeks (2nd & 4th of the month): Monday to Saturday.
Enjoy a consistent 5-day/6-day alternating schedule.
