About Cambium
Cambium is an advanced materials startup building next generation polymer and composite systems for aerospace, defense, and critical industries. We combine physics-based modeling, experimentation, and cutting-edge AI—including multimodal foundation models—to accelerate materials discovery and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
· Embed with R&D, manufacturing, and operational teams to build, integrate, and deploy AI/ML solutions and software into workflows
· Iterate quickly—prototype to deploy to production in tight cycles with users.
· Integrate model outputs into systems used daily on the floor.
· Partner with AI/ML, Data, IT, and science teams to ensure smooth deployment paths.
Qualifications
· 7+ years of experience in software engineering, front-end development and user-centric design
· Experience working directly with domain experts and nontechnical users.
· Experience with AI models and use cases, both built and bought
· Ability to deliver end-to-end: UI, pipelines, model integration, deployment.
· Fleet-footed and flexible, with a customer-oriented mindset
