We are looking for a founding team software engineer to join Conductor AI. You will work closely with the founders to build and scale our core platform, shape the product roadmap, and establish engineering best practices. Ideal candidates have strong experience in full-stack development, working in early-stage startups, and a passion for building from 0 to 1. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to a high-velocity engineering culture. Experience with modern web frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML tooling is a plus.
