Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a CSM leader at Edia. The CSM leader will be responsible for managing customer success, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, training clients on platform usage, and providing strategic guidance to drive customer success. Some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications
  • Customer Success Management, Relationship Building, and Client Satisfaction skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Training and Platform Usage Guidance skills
  • Ability to provide strategic guidance for customer success
  • Knowledge of the education sector and K-12 school systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field
