Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a CSM Leader at Edia located in the San Francisco Bay Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The CSM Leader will be responsible for overseeing the customer success team, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful adoption of the AI math platform.

Qualifications
  • Customer Success Management, Leadership, and Team Management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing customer success strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of K-12 education sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field
