The Role
We’re seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to own and drive recruiting at Edia. This is a high-impact role responsible for hiring top-tier talent across engineering, product, sales, and operations. You’ll partner directly with leadership to scale the team and ensure we bring in the best candidates for critical positions, including:
Staff Engineer
Senior Product Designer
Chief of Staff
Director of Revenue Operations
Sales Managers & SDRs
Customer Success Managers
This role requires a strategic thinker who can build and refine our recruiting processes while rolling up their sleeves to execute.
What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, closing, and onboarding top talent.
Build and optimize scalable recruiting processes to support rapid hiring.
Develop strong talent pipelines, leveraging both inbound and outbound strategies.
Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that aligns with Edia’s mission and values.
Analyze hiring metrics and continuously improve recruiting efficiency.
Drive employer branding initiatives to position Edia as a top destination for talent.
Leverage technology, tools, and data to improve sourcing and selection.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth startups or tech.
Proven track record of hiring for technical, product, and GTM roles.
Deep sourcing expertise—comfortable engaging passive candidates.
Strong process-builder who can implement and refine scalable recruiting systems.
Data-driven decision-maker who uses metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Passion for education technology and mission-driven work.
