Position Overview:

The team at LimaCharlie is looking for a driven and passionate Account Executive who will play a key role in our continued growth and success by expanding our base of customers. If you are passionate about sales and the future of cybersecurity we would love to hear from you.

You would be a great fit for this role if you like working in fast-paced and entrepreneurial environments. You will be an integral part of the sales process, qualifying leads, building target lists with the inside sales team, and working with the Solutions Engineering team to close business.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets within MSSP’s, Enterprise organizations, and emerging startups.
  • Research and build targeted prospect lists within our defined ICP.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at customer organizations – CISOs, cybersecurity engineers, threat hunters, and SOC analysts, among others.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects from demo to close.
  • Attend industry events and conferences on behalf of LimaCharlie.
  • Engage the cybersecurity community via social media to deepen relationships.
  • Utilize Hubspot, cold calls, social media, and email to generate new sales opportunities.

If the following describes you, we’d love to learn more:

  • The desire to join a fast growing, evolving early stage company
  • Three or more years of experience in cybersecurity sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • The ability to manage several projects at one time and manage time accordingly
  • Knowledge and understanding of the current cybersecurity market
  • Experience working in a customer facing role, with the ability to empathize with clients

Pay & Benefits:

At LimaCharlie, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $100,000 and $125,000/ year, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Variable compensation is based on quota attainment, with uncapped commission potential.

LimaCharlie employees also have the opportunity to become a LimaCharlie shareholder through participation in our discretionary employee stock programs. Employees are eligible for discretionary stock option awards, and can purchase stock if voluntarily participating in our Employee Stock Options Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at LimaCharlie, reimbursement for certain educational expenses -- including tuition. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
