Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager at Glade.ai. The role involves tasks such as ensuring customer satisfaction through training the users within the client firms about Glade features and tools, analyzing data, helping expand their usage of Glade within their firm, building relationships, and providing excellent customer service. While the role is primarily based in Palo Alto, CA, some remote work is acceptable.
Role Responsibilities
Glade is seeking a dynamic Client Success Manager to join our team in Palo Alto, CA.
The Client Success Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients’ success and satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Primary Responsibilities for this job include but are not limited to:
- Client Onboarding and Support: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive initial experience. Provide ongoing support to address any client concerns or issues.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by regularly checking in, understanding their needs, and proactively suggesting solutions to enhance their experience with Noodle.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on client performance metrics, ensuring that clients are achieving their goals and objectives. Provide insights and recommendations to improve client outcomes.
