About The Renatural
The Renatural is a VC-backed, vertically integrated beauty technology company revolutionizing the wig and hair extension industry.
We've developed the world's first patented robotic manufacturing process for hyper-realistic wigs, combining precision engineering with dedicated craftsmanship. In the past year, we've filed two additional patents and are entering a period of rapid growth—transitioning from founder-led production to a high-output, world-class manufacturing operation.
This is a rare opportunity to join at an inflection point. You'll architect and execute the operational foundation that takes the business from early production to 10,000+ orders and beyond.
Role Overview
You will own the operational backbone of the business from raw material planning through final fulfillment with the objective of building a highly efficient, quality-obsessed, high-margin manufacturing operation.
What You'll Own
Production & Floor Leadership
- Own day-to-day production performance across manufacturing, and QC
- Translate company goals into clear daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
- Lead from the floor—not from a desk—identifying bottlenecks, solving problems quickly, and holding teams accountable
- Enforce SOPs, quality standards, and accountability systems across every stage of production
- Partner closely with engineering to maximize machine uptime, improve workflows, and reduce downtime
- Assist alongside engineering team with designing floor layouts, workstations, fixtures, and production flows for safety, speed, and efficiency
- Build hiring, training, and performance management systems for production teams
- Make personnel decisions when standards are not met
Inventory, Supply Chain & Procurement
- Own inventory accuracy and material availability to prevent production delays
- Forecast material requirements and capacity needs based on production demand
- Manage the strategy and team for supplier relationships, purchasing, and vendor performance
- Build redundancy into critical supply chains to reduce operational risk
ERP & Operational Systems
- Manage the team focused on implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of ERP and operational systems
- Ensure production, purchasing, inventory, work orders, fulfillment, and reporting are tightly integrated
- Build scalable workflows that improve visibility and reduce manual work
- Design dashboards that provide real-time operational insights and support decision-making
- Create production planning, labor planning, capacity forecasting, and throughput models
- Identify risks before they become operational failures
- Implement KPIs across output, quality, labor efficiency, inventory, fulfillment, and margin
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as a strategic operating partner to the CEO
- Escalate risks early and communicate solutions—not just problems
- Partner with engineering, finance, and product teams to improve execution
- Build a culture rooted in ownership, accountability, speed, and follow-through

- Demonstrated ability to independently lead multiple complex operational projects simultaneously
Manufacturing & Process Excellence
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience improving cycle time, throughput, and production efficiency
- Experience with capacity planning, labor planning, and production scheduling
